” … The last wedding planner we met with was Sarche from Lily Wedding Services. She listened to what we wanted and our budget, and was very flexible in how we proceeded. We also felt an instant connection which was important to my husband and I- instinct can be a powerful tool ! We wanted our planner to really care about our day. Sarche would recommend vendors, which we would then research and look into.
Sarche organised catering, flowers, decorations, ceremony, furniture, guest gifts, and countless other details. We sent through pictures and described ideas that we wanted and Sarche worked to make these happen. She also helped us organize tastings and visits to our venue to make sure we were all on the same page for the set up.
Our wedding was AMAZING ! Obviously I am bias, but we have had many guest reports that it was the best wedding they had been to and exceeded their expectations of a ‘bali wedding’.
All paperwork for ensuring a legal wedding was sorted out by Sarche. We literally had zero stress. “

” We got married at Villa Bendega Nui in Canggu. It was absolutely stunning and we had sooooo many friends/family telling us it was the best wedding they’d ever been to ! Our wedding planner was Sarche from Lily Wedding Services. I can’t recommend her enough. She helped me to get the cheapest prices for everything we arranged (it’s Bali – you can barter !) and she was there on the day throughout the entire wedding making sure everything was perfect. She organized the florists, priest, bonbonniere and everything else. When we met with her last year to discuss the wedding she took us to all the potential venues and scheduled a hair/make-up trial, food tasting with the caterers and everything else with minimal notice. She drove us to the consulate office to sign the papers a few days before the wedding and was asking me all sorts of questions to ensure no detail was left out (I took a little while to make some decisions). I realized the day before the wedding that i had forgotten to organize bonbonniere for the kids at the wedding so she went and got some cute little lollie jars at the last minute ! Sarche was such a pleasure to work with. I found her through a post from another newly-wed on the Easy Weddings forums and I am so glad that we did, because I wouldn’t change a thing if I had to do it all again. “

“Organising a wedding in Bali is not easy specially if you are not there, don’t speak the langue etc.
So when my husband and I decided to celebrate our big day in Bali we instantly realised that we needed a wedding planner to help us with the project.
However in Bali there are tons of wedding planners and agencies so we didn’t know which one to hire. After comparing a lot we realised that Lily Wedding Services was the best option.
Sarche always replied very fast to my emails, she was kind and flexible and proposed me a lot of ideas. Since the first moment offered me more confidence that the others.
She respected our budget and even kept some of our wedding items for one year at her place, on the wedding day, she happily installed some decoration that we brought from Europe.
She helped me to find great and affordable decoration and gave me fantastic ideas to enhance already what we had.
She also did a great job coordinating the wedding day which was not easy taking into account that most part of our guests were coming from Spain and didn’t speak any English.
This point was maybe the most important one, as it allowed to my husband and me to really enjoy our wedding day and be completely relaxed.
I also must say that her prices were very competitive compared to what I saw at other agencies.
If I need to organise another event, I will definitely hire her again. So if you hesitant hire her, she’s a great professional!”

“ We’ve just returned from Bali for our Wedding. The Longhouse Jimbaran. 30 guests.
We used Sarce from Lily Wedding Service. 95% of our communication was via WhatsApp. She did a fantastic job. She organised everything and provided a full breakdown of the cost when we requested it.
We arrived in Bali one week before the wedding and me met her and the caterer at the villa to run through all the fine details. This made us feel at ease that we were finally talking to Sarce in person and everything is going to plan.
On the wedding she coordinated everything; the villa set up, celebrant, caterers, florist, photographer, videographer etc. The groomsmen and I was just kicking back on the pool waiting to get dressed 1 hour before the ceremony.
She recommended ABC catering and the food, the drinks and the service was first class. The florist did an amazing job with the bouquet, the arch and the table decorations. They even places the peddles on the isle by hand one peddle at a time. Everyone complemented on what an amazing wedding we had.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner in Bali. Her fee is very reasonable compared to other companies.

I first contacted Sarce in August 2017, we met up in Sep 17 to look at possible wedding venues. Sarce had suggested a few to suit our requirements, she organised food tastings also with 2 caterers.
It was great to meet Sarce early on and get to know her. We had a very clear idea of what we wanted for our wedding and Sarce was brilliant in helping bring all that together with venues, caterers, florists, The Priest for the ceremony, the DJ and cake etc swell as all the legal papers we needed. All the suppliers that Sarce recommended were brilliant and provided amazing services. The catering was Dijon and people still talk about the food and how amazing it was. On the actual wedding day, Sarce had an amazing team including her lovely husband and the day ran perfectly, With their ear radio pieces for communicating every attention to detail was covered and I cannot fault them at all.
